Just got mine and took it out for the first time yesterday. Put only 4 rounds through it then it quit feeding correctly. Had to pull the charging handle back after every shot. Got through 30 rounds and loaded back up, got another 5 rounds through it then same thing happened again where I had to charge it after every shot… Not sure what's going on with it yet
Nice review. Looking at the roughly two o'clock ejection pattern, it appears to be slightly overgassed. I understand PSA 11.5 uppers have either a .75 or .76 sized gas port, which is a little on the large size, but likely designed to run Wolf or other lower powered types of ammo. Are you currently running a standard buffer?
Please don't take this the wrong way but, you need to pull that sucker back into your shoulder and run it. Don't let it run you. It's all bout stance and recoil control.
I just got the 11.5 pistol and i never shot it yet im having issues where it wont eject a round and sometimes wont properly chamber a round any advice on how to fix this?
Psa delivers quality rifles at a great price. It's not a gucci piece, but on a budget, milspec and quality components and, mpi bolt carriers…. It's not a daniel defense, but it will do the job
11.5 /10.5 classics are the best ar pistols, don’t waste money on rails use sections get a quality double heat shield handguard 1st , paint your irons, light and sling your good to good from 450s and in from the drivers seat of a vehicle
My Aero Precision 11.5” pistol is my HD AR. That extra inch might not sound like a lot but it does make it less jumpy. I have mine setup with a SBA3, Trijicon MRO, Surefire mini scout, magpul sling, BCM charging handle, ZeroFail BCG, and MBUS pro backups.
I bought one. I installed a Daniel defense omega drop in free floating quad rail. Ambi charging handle, bravo company mini broom stick hand guard handle, Odin olight w/pressure switch. Just love the mods. I do like the look of the brace, but it's very uncomfortable.
BCG heart of the gun. We knew what you meant. I’ve heard rumors of bolt lugs shearing around 5k rounds. I’m not quite there – let us know if that happens!

Need JP polished carbine spring and a 4.5 to 5.0 oz buffer. It will smooth out like you can’t believe.

Looking at the “charging handle “ you pulled out the bolt carrier group.
Your ejection pattern seems a little over gassed, in my opinion best pattern for ejection is between 3 o’clock and 5

Whats the length of pull like. I really dont like how some braces are less comfortable for someone of my frame, 6ft even with broad shoulders.
