How could they enforce this measure without violating your 4th amendment right regarding g unreasonable search and seizure? Will they be monitoring your internet access to see who has down loaded the info on 3d gun parts for your printer?

Why a license? If the builds are for home use not sale. This clearly further infringement on our 2nd amendment rights and the licensing is just another form of taxing the people to fund their anti- gun control.

The definition of manufacture or assemble means that even guns that are transferred by FFL would be affected. As I read it this would make gunsmithing at home even for repairs unlawful after 3 times in a year. This isn't about ghost guns.
