I have to say I’m disappointed with the QC on this. I have had to cut out with a knife almost half the “pre cut” template. The rails was trashed it pulled apart just trying to remove from backing. Half the others had bad edges due to not being stamped out well
Wow nice job
Great job on the install I can tell you’ve done a few of these. it’s not going to be as easy for a rookie. But I’m willing to purchase one and give it a try.
What is the material you're working with; Orocal high performance or something else?
Hey great video…. Can you do my AR 15 for me? How much?
I could never do that. I love the way it looks.
I ordered the Ar15 kit in Kryptek Typhon. Instead of a nice pattern like the pictures show with greys and break up it came as basically pure black making install pointless. Even in bright outdoor lighting the pattern was very difficult to see at any point so I didn't even bother to install. Waiting to hear back and not looking to wait a month going through several bad prints before I finally get one that slightly resembles what I ordered.
Wow what a task…
How much do you guys charge if I sent my AR 15 so you guys can do it.
Easy 33 min job
Do you have one for a ar 12
What kind of torch do you use? I can't seem to find one
What about side charging uppers??
17:33 in this section we can tell you took that off and reapplied it because of the star and stuff didn't line up and then when you change the scene it's perfect 😎 thought we wouldn't notice didn't ya gotcha! 17:36
Dude bonus points for not roasting your hand lol
Cool video! Thanks for sharing
I have a question, is it better to use the stickers or paint?, awesome job by the way 👍
Pretty cool but i think I would trim out a window where the serial number info is on the lower receiver so it is still visible. Might need that 🙂
I can tell that if you are wrapping guns it is going to take time
Did I miss the upper receiver rail portion? Don't see it in the kit…
I can’t recommend wraps
Don’t cheap out just get it cerakoted
So if I put this on with a Kitchen Aid wrap my weapon then is identified as an appliance that I can carry on an airplane?
Seriously though it goes on fairly simple what about removal though? Everything mechanical breaks or needs long term overhaul. Such as replacement springs on fire control group? Or needing a legible serial number for re-sale or gun smith work.
this video lies, where there are extra skin sets available for a quad rail, the kit he uses in the video does not cover the rifle he has on set, he's using the extra kits…
my gun stock is plastic.
if i heat up with torch, it will melt.
anyone in El Paso tx know how to do this ill pay lmao kinda butchered tf outta mine
Wd 40?
How can I keep the original words out and symbols and not cover it up on my smith&wesson?
May I ask what hand rail that is?
What the fuck? You go from finishing the handguard over to the stock and the top pic rail is just magically done? If ur gonna take all that time to do a video, why not include all of it? Cuz it doesn't seem like there's enough pieces to do the peaks and valleys of the pick rail of that makes sense and I wanted to see how to do it. Also, if someone played a drinking game and took a drink everything you say "use the heat" they'd die within 10 mins.
More review after you complete it next time please. Seeing the final product would probably have sold me… I came here after I saw it on Amazon, looking for AR accessories.
Making this look way too easy… Gonna find out Saturday. I'll be drinking so the rails won't bother me that much…hopefully.
Some of this install looks like it would be easier if the gun were stripped down a tad…??
Would these work on a Smith & Wesson M&P15-22?
Dude has asbestos fingers.
That’s clean❄️ nice work.
…EXCELLENT JOB. VERY INFORMATIVE! THANKS!
Sooo…I’ll assume I can just use a heat gun instead of mapp gas 😕
How slick does this stuff get when it starts raining, or your hands are covered in other liquids? aka Would you put it on a fighting rifle, or best to stay on the range guns?
Do you have a video of how to clean the gun and also properly clear off the brake cleaner?
What is the name of this guitar instrumental playing in the background please anyone please please please and by the way great video I just finished putting the skin on my AR and it looks professional man, thx!
Great product! Can I also use that for an AR10 or is it too small?
Do you have a wrap for an AK47?
What do you do if you have a quad rail?
If only there was some skins for carbine length magpul handguard with a2 sight post 😭 lol
Anyone good at this in ohio lol
What about the right side of the stock? He didn't cover the right side on this video and I don't have enough materialism my kit to complete my AR which is the same thing that happened to him in this video. He started on the right side at the top but didn't have enough material to make it all the way around the stock.
26:18 did he kept folding it until he couldn’t fold it no more? How did he do it ?
At the end when he was putting the stuff on the barrel rails, did he kept folding it until he couldn’t fold it no more?
