I've been drooling over this camera since it was announced back in 2018.
In my country, Chile, the price it's 1.000.000 chilean pesos… that it's a really big amount of money… and obiously out of my reach….
My naive hope it's that one day the price will drop to a reacheable level… but it's not likely to happen.

Nice ad, but hardly a critical review! The biggest improvement for me, as a P900 user, is the manual focus ring. I would take that, over the extra zoom-range, any day! Frankly, I would question the low-light perfomance of this camera, judging by my experiences with the P900. The P900 goes almost everywhere I go and takes an amazing range of subjects, but soft-focus and motion-blur can be a real issue with subjects that won't stay still, like birds…

He KEEPS saying '30,000 mm equivalent. It is NOT! Its 3,000 mm equivalent, which is ludicrous enough!

hi! 16 year old planespotter here, i’ve been trying to find a camera that would be good for taking pictures of planes that are flying by at around 30,000 ft high, but i’m really really really uneducated on cameras so it’s been really hard for me to find a cheap, good camera. any help at all is more than appreciated, even if it’s just a little nudge in a certain direction, or giving me tips on what to look for, i’m extraordinarily thankful <3
