Shouldering the “pistol” was removed from those laws. It’s totally legal to shoulder a pistol now days.
Old people like me- All available calibers- Rifle.. Pistols are sidearms. All the rest qualify as “joyfully augmented freedom dispensers” that are unavailable in my communist state.
I would like to buy a few of the side charging upper receivers, in right and left hand, or ambidextrous options. But I rather have a Nickel Boron BCG (or better finish).

Pistol length barrels require more ear protection with most cartridges. 10.5” 5.56 is loud af!
