Thanks, some bad info out there had me going he opposite direction and not trusting my scope (yeah my first). Thought it was just me. Wasting rifle ammo is expensive these days !

Vortec scopes noticed is fucked up left is right and right is left when I switch to a to a high-end scope a Zeiss left is left right is right up is down and down is up and also don't turn ur dam turrets to much when ur manually setting it to zero I fuck up my scope because there wasn't no instructions to tell me that don't over tight well turning that can fuck ur scope up

Right, One of my scope is the other way around windage and elevation.. The arrow say right but when you turn the knob to the right cross air going left 🙁 five of my scopes are the same manner adjustments arrow right crosshairs going right. One of my scope is other way around I guess I just need to fix the way the arrow where is pointed..The reverse way 😄

Thank you I managed to figure it out but it took 40 rounds at first, should have watched your video first! I started overthinking and screwing the up screw to get the scope down but up was apparently up like you showed lol

Very well explained. I started to bore sight my AR like my bolt guns. Split your upper from the lower and take out the bcg and charging handle so you can see down the barrel. Take the upper and put it on top of your shooting bag. Just look down the barrel on a fixed point and adjust your scope accordingly. This puts you on paper everytime. I got tired of spending money for boresighters that wouldn't even put me on paper.

All i needed was "move the scope in the direction you want to move your bullets" thanksss

Back in the day, I'm old, it used to be just the opposite. If you want the impact more left, you had to adjust to the right.

1/4” per click at 100yds, does me 1/2” at 50 yds or 1/8” ???
Per say I wanna Move an inch at 50 yds, do I turn 2 clicks or 8 clicks ???

🤦‍♂️ I had my rifle pretty close (within 1”)from sighting it in a few weeks back but decided to get it right on. Ended up trying to move the crosshairs to the POI. After doing that twice, I realized what I was probably doing wrong. Glad I double checked here, thanks for the video (really shouldn’t have needed it).

Hey bro I know what you're talkin about I like your video it was simple I learned in 10 seconds my zeroing is right on in now I've been watching these idiots out there with these stupid things and they start talking about the polar access and the in the in the fall in the longitude and latitude and I in your waiting to to hear the answer or to show you how to do it and all they're telling me is look at the pitch in little groups I've got ain't I the best finally after watching years for five minutes I learned how to do it and I appreciate that very much have a good day
