That "heart of the rifle" doesn't use Carpenter 158 bolts. For $40 more you can get a much better kit from Palmetto. Alpha is bottom of the barrel stuff.

That is one bitchin rail! Absolutely love the picatinny deletion in the moddle with the wuad rails at the end… Always loved that. Also love the skeletonization of the top rail.

Can you do a review on the New Frontier armory AR9? I seen it on Joe Bob outfitters. Maybe a table top review on the 80 and a full review on their complete? I really want to build a 9mm but most places won't ship to us poor citizens of CA and NY so I may have to start from an 80

Thanks for all the great reviews and videos you post man. It’s funny, some of my friends condemn me about selling my M&P Sport and building an AR15 from ground up. They have all these expensive stuff smacked to their AR15s but they only go to range once a year and brag about the brand name shit. I love cheap stuff and that performs well. As long as it serves the purpose I’m all to it. Keep it up bro!

I'd like to find a 10 5. upper handguard like that for my AR pistol. I also have a 7.5 pistol upper I wouldn't mind having one for that also. One AR pistol lower two uppers. Lol
What about doing an 80% budget build in either 9mm, 10mm, 5.56 or .7.62? This may be a great video series….
Is it at least 2-2.5 Moa at a 100yrds with a 55 or 62 grain 556? Of course on a good day with decent ammo.
I really hate one of my states I live in. They banned these and I had to buy a 2099$ preban HBAR m16A2. I mean it's a nice rifle but I have to mill out that damn sear block the installed so I can use my other uppers I have in another state on it. I'm thinking about just buying a extra bolt carrier and just cutting the bolt rather than mill down the block. It's hard choice! It has collector value in that everyones taking them out and it might have a collector value one day being worth more with it in. Serial number is in the 60k so it's old. My other AR15s are so much less, and new.
I bought a alpha shooting sports mil spec chrome lined bolt carrier group for my build I've already shot it with my bolt carrier group out of my smith and wesson sport 2 and it run fine but when I got the alpha bolt carrier group in I tried it out and every time I shot it it would extract the bullet but I would get bolt over brass every time. if anybody knows why please let me know? thanks
