Feel like I got a bad deal , as there are no mags available and S&W making no effort since March 2021 and we are now in July!!!!
that thing sounds like a BB gun
I bought this and it jams ALL THE TIME. It's unfortunate because it is a very fun gun to shoot.
Great rifle BUT, there are NO magazines mfg for us, well, they are not to be found. If you want more than the 1 from S&W, you are out of luck for a while now
JMO
God Bless (us all)
If you’re having feed issues order an extractor that goes to a 15-22 rifle. I forgot the name of the company i got mine from but since i swapped it out no failures to feed or ejects.
I have the brother and sister.. they are fun and deadly. Don't disrespect the bumble bee. She stings , hard.
Glad you like the CCI ammo, we work hard to put out a good quality product. Love the channel
.Loved the video. I just need to comment on your outfit. It's the gloves man! There you are, looking spectacular in your camo clothes, and you put Blue (THE RAREST COLOR IN NATURE) on your hands! LOL
What kind of laser is that??
I put a Timney trigger in mine and it took it to a whole new level of fun. Also, for what its worth, Ive put about 500 rounds of a mix of Federal and Aguila and have had one stove pipe and 1 failure to feed. Oiled it out of the box and worked just fine for me. Maybe running the silencer has some negative effect on the gun? All in all though its a great gun, especially in these weird times we're currently in
I get a FTF or dead trigger like in the video here and there but they are rare since getting rid of the mag that came in the box. For some reason I had 3-4 stovepipes with the mag shipped with it but near 0 failures with purchased mags. Mine will eat almost everything, it even cycles 22 quiets but will not cock the hammer on the next shot.
i noticed with mine, its all about how the ammo is loaded into the mag. slightly pointed up
Volquartsen exact edge extractor fixed mine, nothing but stovepipes before with all ammo's
Great video! Any luck finding the 7.5” 5.56 version from Smith to review? I can’t find many on YouTube at the moment. Would love to see!
Was expecting you to play a song with your steel targets 😛
Volquartsen makes a replacement extractor that will fix the ejection issues on these newer MP15-22’s
Nice jamomatic
Any reccomendations for a .22 AR Pistol, HK .416 .22LR, Tippmann M4-22 MEP, SaW MP 15-22? Are there any other contenders in this category to consider?
14:52 Sounds awesome!
Just use CCI on all 22s
Parts list for the accessories you have too?
How do you take off the flash hider?
On these, the ejector is kind of a long rod that comes back from the barrel face. It needs to ride snugly on the underside of the bolt. You can easily bend it upwards to take care of the FTE.
The problem with jamming isn’t a need to break it in, it’s the weak extractor that comes from Smith & Wesson. Changed mine out for a Volquartsen extractor and it’s been perfect for the last 500 rounds.
Love mine not had it it long. Is it ok to keep it’s mags loaded like a 5.56 mag
i have my little colt m4 .22 and in about 5000 rounds i can count the malfunctions on 2 hands with fingers to spare
Always enjoy your gun demos. I am watching your demos to relief trigger finger itch. 🙁
Is that legal in CA
I have the 15-22 and I often have the FTF and stove pipe issues.. it might be ammo related I'm not sure I'm really not that knowledgeable about guns..
How did you get the flash hider off? Not much barrel beyond the hand guard to grip?
i like 22's they are fun to shoot. thanks for the video!!!!
Put a midwest industry 3.5lb trigger in it …I have mine setup like that its amazing
I like the WAY you thank the sponsors, Eric, it’s very professional.
Experiment with different ammo , cause it’s so easy to get now days lol ha ha that gun is a malfunction machine, great vid btw !
Very cool.
22 ammo isn't worth buying anymore unfortunately.
I just bought one but haven't reseaved it yet would you know if I can lengthen the brace as long as I keep the pistol under 26 inches, thanks
I don't think Smith & Wesson are going to want to use this video for promotional purposes. 🙂
