7:15, speaking of the tightness of the build, M4E1 Lowers have a bolt with a plastic tip for tightening up against the upper. You can drill a hole through your grip for easy access, if you don't want to take the grip off every time you want to tighten or loosen for popping the upper. This makes for a VERY tight lockup, though!

I picked up a M4E1 upper/lower set and was not impressed. It was not milspec and the trigger pin holes where off and my rare breed trigger never ran well in the m4e1 set. I switched it over to a 3rd Gen tactical upper and lower and shot flawlessly. You get what you pay for in the end. Will never waste my time with aero products, at least their lowers ever again.
Never even heard of the channel until now. You guys are underrated. Keep it up and get ready to blow up.
I have a Gen I Aero and the weapon has been performing flawlessly for years. You never mentioned how much this complete build cost you. How much was it?

just built an aero/BA gun, I got a upper/lower set in the trump years and my wife had put a BA barrel under the christmas tree one year. i think my build in total was $8-900. topped it with a HS515gm.
I’m building my first rifle and got an AR15 lower receiver from aero. Pardon my noobness but wil the M4E1 upper fit with my lower? AERO actually has these in stock right now stripped and completed
