  1. Much like the bumpstock ban this shit is just that shit. Since when does a tax enforcement agency that is not even mandated by the Constitution get to make law? Never! Any judge who would hear a case involving these Ass clowns who have a history of murdering US citizens needs not be a judge.

  2. Let's not play dumb and say things like "I don't know why they are trying to eliminate this safety device". Pistol braces are a loophole. They are now trying to close the loophole in a perfectly logical way.

The main people should be angry about is the fact that this loophole was needed at all.

  3. You fools will keep on going down moron avenue until one day, oh what say you? The TREE is needing to be watered and fertilized eh??? Yea. Maybe not this year, or even this decade. But come one day, it surely will come to pass . And it’s going to be Gardening Day and WEEDING day for a lot of Americans.

  4. This is completely asinine. Much less, the ATF is not a legislative branch. So these "RULES" are school room b.s.when are we ever gonna get some legitimate officials? Seems that these power hungry desk jockeys need to be put in their respective places. Further more, I would like to ask what are these "rules" or who are these rules for? As mentioned in this video it seems to make the weapon less safe do to it being less controllable. Apparently none of them have seen the videos of stock less short barrel rifles being fired into the air by terrorists. I'm still curious as to why the ATF think they have any right to regulate any weapons. I don't believe any of that was in the constitution either.

  5. It will still not lower shooting. Never have the G word mention going after the evil, gang bangers and such. Only law abiding. Look at Chicago people. The media cringe to report that area. Just saying.

  6. I only know a few who are aware that the ATF, CIA, FBI, NSA, SSA, IRS and all the other 3 letter agency's are 110% anti-Constitution… totally Unconstitutionally created to destroy that very document of freedom and liberty our forefathers gave us, the foundation of our republic, and our God given rights of Freedom & Liberty.
Why would anyone desire and fight against Liberty and Freedom?

    Because they hate God.

  7. I don't see how they have the power to do that I mean change the Constitution those were rights given to us way before any of these quacks were in office That's all about and citizens need or far arms not only for safety well this day and age yeah it's 100% all about safety this is my opinion we can't rely on the government because it seems to me all they want to do is take not give we pay our taxes we give to them and they take from us just not fair.

  8. It would be interesting to know how many of those who make comments are owners of said pistols. I agree with submitting comments. However, if those that make the comments are primarily the pistol owners, the BATFE would have a starting point as to who to go after…..thoughts?

  9. Criminals by definition are people who don't follow the law. I mean murder is illegal yet we're passing gun laws to stop murder? Heroin is illegal and we have a massive heroin addiction epidemic in like every major city across the U.S. They need to stop targeting law abiding citizens. I honestly believe they're trying to target weapons that would be effective in defending against government tyranny which is why they're chipping away at rifles first.

  10. The truth is if a criminal wants an AR with a 10" barrel… they will get one and they will throw a regular stock on it with not a care in the world about the ATF. Other than turning law abiding citizens into felons overnight… this rule will do zero to stop real crime.

  11. My fellow patriots, PLEASE call your congressmen, all of them, even the Democrat ones! We cannot allow the out of control ATF to succeed in this latest attack on law abiding Americans and our U.S. Constitution! Do it today!

  12. Feds are not the problem. It’s these cupcakes and cowards organizations
