If this is the Diamond series rifle then it has Magpul K2+ pistol grip, Magpul ACS-L stock, 15” M-LOK free floating rail, CMC single stage trigger – straight, Diamondback CNC Muzzle Break or Compensator. 1:8 RH twist barrel 16”. Upper & Lower are Forged 7075 T-6 aluminum. 4150 Chromoly barrel nitride coated. Black Cera-Coat finish. Mid length gas system. Gen2 Pmag by Magpul

Yes that is Magpul magazine and I believe it's a Magpul stock as well
