Do the BANSHEE 300 pistols come with one mag or 2 when you buy? I’m looking at the 22lr. Thanks. 0:35
If I buy a BANSHEE MK4 in 9mm and then swap it for a 17” upper in .22lr. Is there anything to know about that conversion, regarding the legality of the RipBrace? 0:57
If I get a .22 upper kit is it safe to run 5.56 with a bolt change? 1:48
Can someone who lives in CA get the .22lr conversion kit? 2:12
Will there ever be EndoMag insert for 22lr like there is for 9mm? 2:48
What’s more popular, CMMG’s .22lr or 9mm conversion for AR’s? I suspect it’s the 22lr, but just curious. 3:43

  2. Fully Automatic .22LR. ??

oooook, Does that still require the same 60,000$ lisence-to-own, that all other fully automatic firearms do? Never even heard of the Hushpuppy till now 😀

  3. 1:00 Well.. that question is actually 2 parts. It depends on what the 'lower' is Serialized as (how it was registered by the Manufacturer and entered into the ATF database.).

IF it was entered in as a "pistol", then there are no real rules governing the barrel length. The only real rules are:

    1) It cannot have a 'stock' put on in place of a buffer-tub/brace.
    2) You cannot have a 'vertical grip' under the barrel (hand-stops are fine, and 'angled' grips are sorta a grey area i think)

Beyond that, you can pretty much do as you please (baring any state-specific laws).

IF it was entered in as a "Rifle" however, THAT is where Barrel Length matters.

    1) A "Rifle" MUST have a barrel length of at least 16", or you MUST register it as a SBR and pay your 200$ tax-stamp.
    2) Putting a "Brace" on a Lower that is Registered as a Rifle does NOT make it a "pistol".

Basically, you can turn a "Pistol" lower into a rifle-length 'pistol', but you can NOT turn a "Rifle" lower into a pistol-length rifle (at least not without paying the tax-stamp and getting the SBR thing).
