  1. yea I just watched a video about a canadian "problem" where some guys were making pistols out of pellet guns and he claimed "they were cheaper than normal ones" which I call bullsh** on lol
but all of it is pointless because if you want a "ghost gun" the hardware store is only a few miles away and if you want quick and dirty couple pieces of water pipe and bam you got a shotgun. If you want to get fancier and own or have access to a lathe/mill you can get really fancy then lol

  2. For anyone in America it’d require way too much manipulation n problem solving. In areas without freedom n oppressive governments/dictators it’d be worthwhile trying though it’d require knowledge, the right tools, and access to at least some proper parts. That’d require a huge initial investment

  3. Considering most of the stated modifications create multiple structural abd functional issues. Ya. Id rather just go down tye road pick a random farm drop $450. And walk away with a rifle. Cheap optic. And four magazines and a small box of ammo.

  4. actually, its not a stupid argument anymore. Toronto Ontario had a run of 100's of "ghost guns" made by criminals. The criminals would buy airsoft and bb gun lowers, and parts kit uppers. and were making handguns and rifles from said parts. while yes, they would spend 1000 dollars in parts, not including time, they would then sell these guns, which had no serial numbers no manufacturers trail etc, for 2500 or more.

Things like "conversion kits" to convert a 9mm to a .40 or 10mm would be their starting points… which there was no registration or such required to buy. flowed by using the Airsoft parts to make up the missing peaces. These weapons were recovered at murders, gang shootings and such. you can look up the whole things under toronto ghost guns. lots of news stories about it, and a massive anti-gun taskforce went after the makers of these guns, which turned out to be just 2 guys.

Since Toronto is still having ghost guns show up, some from the origional 100's made… some new ones made by new people. but yes. The fact that is no serial number, and never was a serial number on these… makes them worth big bucks to criminals… and because of that, means there is a demand and people WILL do it.. spend the money to make guns with airsoft parts… because they can sell them for so much more.

  5. I wish that lower wasn’t cracked to shite! It’s a pretty rare kit! I’d be willing to buy or trade you for the broken one? We buy used GBBP AND GBBR!
If you can somehow get those lowers still there’s a youtuber tgat does a lot of our custom work and i know theyed buy as many as you can get!
You do know not all Airsoft rifles use mil spec buffer tubes or castle rings, right?
Only some GBBR will have milspec buffers and CNuts stock.
There’s AEG buffers where the castle is fake. There’s Aeg Buffers with working castle nuts but they all have a really thin threading that will not work on a real AR or gas rifles! Then there’s TM GBBR buffers and castle nuts and TM slotted buffers that are for AEG and GBBR. I had to make a few mistakes before i found all this out!
We had a custom Pistol carbine kit that only used a milspec buffer threading (Thick spaced threading) and had been sent the wrong ones three different times till we finally found the right one. We ended with a EMG TM GBBR buffer and castle.
For some reason they have a slot cut down the side though for wiring into a stock which sucks but i guess that’s incase you want to convert to a milspec buffer tube on your AEG. Your stock does cover it aswell. Thanks!

  6. Thank you for pointing all this info out! The craziest thing about this issue is the ATF is actually using AEG’s and not GBBR in their argument that Airsoft rifles can be converted to real firearms! If you thought a GBBR would be complicated and pointless the AEG would be even harder and more pointless to try or do!

  7. I know a guy who used a airsoft castle nutt, buffer tube and stock to build his AR. He even got ripped off on the price. It didnt hold up too good lol. I tried warning him, but hes a stubborn guy.

  8. Watching this video makes me think of this being in a TV series called what goes wrong will go wrong staring your friends dumb, dumber and jackass buds from the far south. Like this is such a good way to get yourself hurt or killed plus others around you. So fuckin stupid.
