I acquired IOF .30-06 Sporting Rifle manufactured at Ishapore Rifle Factory. Chambered with .30-06 Springfield (7.62×63 mm) cartridge. Riflescope is Nikon P223 3×32 mm.

Bro, unfortunately the barrel rest is not stable, use bipod / tripod instead or fire from sit knee position using sling as support. To stabilize hand shaking use some drug, later your hands will get adapted to it without any drug use.

One is supposed to breathe easy to help focusing while sniping ..ideal 'd be 6-7 breaths a minute, bt 10+ is wasting bullets ..Train hard, breath easy. All the best.

please consider hearing protection and eye protection for yourself and folks nearby. Will certainly impact your hearing without hearing protection.
Happy to see you are able to enjoy 30-06 rifle in India. I owned a 1947 model 70. I like this caliber for hunting, this is good for any large game species in north America. You should try long distance target shooting, 30-06 should be really fun. Also make steel targets, it's cool to hear the twooong sound. And at longer distances it's fun waiting for the sound to get back to you. Let me know in case you want any ideas for target shooting, I am from India. Our family firearms are in a government armory now.
Try a bipod or a rifle sack for better stability
As well as hold the rifle more rigidly using your during hand
And hold your breath while firing.
