  1. I made one . I bought a used DPMS complete lower at centerfiresystems for 130.00 and went on midway USA and bought an AR stoner complete upper for 310 . So I build an AR for 440 after taxes .

  2. Just bought all the parts to build my new AR. Core-15 upper with MOE hand guard for $350, stripped lower receiver for $50, parts kit $50 and the MOE fixed stock for $30. So without mags and sight, around $480.

  3. Bought my Palmetto State Armory M4 in June for the same price complete mil-spec with full auto BCG and FN barrel. FN makes barrels for Colt and the Military with Chrome Vanadium. Check em out.

  4. THEY DESERVE A VOTE, did anyone lol at that speech. Gun deaths by ar's and aks are around 2% of all gun fatalities. Lets let 28 people vote for all of the citizens United States.

  5. As far as I know, all you need is the bullet button, proper accessories, and the proper capacity magazines. If you contact a reputable seller, they know which things they aren't legally allowed to ship to California. Those are the things which you may not have on your AR.

  6. Mags made after the ban are fine to own. Once a ban is done everything is legal again until they try to pass another ban then items before the ban are grand-fathered. Pretty stupid I think. Also there really is no way of tracking high capacity mags.

  7. Yes last time i checked on the Department of Justice (DOJ) Bureau of Firearms the ban is applied to any mag that can hold more than 10. Again, unless they're pre-ban its illegal. You can go into some gunstores and they might have some pre-ban mags that you can buy for higher price. its legal to buy from dealers but from another person its illegal. Even if they're lending/giving it to you.still illegal. Let me know if you have some ?s about the laws i've spent over 10 hrs reading most of them lol

  8. I don't know anything about Core 15 but I have 3 Spikes uppers with Spikes BCG's and LOVE them!!! I paid $479 each including BCG's. The Spikes BCG's are not cutaway, so they are the proper weight. These uppers eat any thing from Lake M855 to crap wolf polymer steel. I have them sitting on three Spikes lowers so all the logos match. If $80 is not that big of a jump for you I'd definitely recommend Spikes. 9. This is what I like to see. A simple, classic looking AR15. Don't need to spend thousands of dollars and hang a bunch of shit off of it just to kill zombies and paper targets. Good job, bro.

  10. I have a spikes lower with a polymer .22lr upper right now and am debating between the core 15 and the spikes upper. Both come with a lifetime warranties too. I'm not sure which one I want tho. Thanks for the reply

  11. you have to put in a "bullet button" which makes it legal it's pretty cheap around $8 or so also, it has to be semi-auto, and can't have any high capacity mags (more than 10) unless they're pre-ban (before 2000).
