Well, after a sixteen-week wait mine finally came on Dec. 9th. As I was going through the new gun cleaning and lubing, I began to notice quality control issues that did no make me happy. The gun will be going back within the next two weeks. I'm so disappointed that I'm willing to pay the 15% restocking fee just to get it out of my gun safe. A really bad experience!
Interesting. I have the same gun, in 'titanium', serial #1986……EXACT SAME issues. EXACT. Sent it back to CMMG a month and a half ago, still there. I really want to like this gun-especially considering how much I paid for it…..If I ever get the damn thing back from CMMG, hopefully I get the same results
Different strokes for different folks, but I just can't get over how ugly this thing looks.
If only this gun had a version that had a long barrel (16-18 in), wood stock, stainless barel, and the same delayed blowback action.
Then I would consuder buying it.
Mine arrives tomorrow at my gun dealer. It's been 9 weeks since I put my order in! Now another 2 weeks for the background check to clear once that gets turned in……..

I bought my 9mm Banshee serial number 0533 about 4 months ago and finally got it running with the new extractor. I experienced the same exact problem but it's a dream to shoot now
Maybe it he malfunction arose from shouldering the pistol brace. 😉
That was a lot of blowback in her face. I get that it’s suppressed but that ammo seems to be really dirty. Maybe it’s the cold weather.

I want one, but I’ve never owned a 10mm. I’m not sure if I should downsize to 45 ACP. I’m more interested in a fun range toy that will be used as a home defense pistol.
For some reason CMMG skimps out on extractor springs.. why??? You are supposed to be a premium manufacturer but can’t spring for sprinco? Just got a banshee and couldn’t shoot it till I ordered a new extractor spring. Makes me wonder what other corners they are cutting
But, how does it compare to a 10mm HiPoint Carbine? Hehe…
That's odd to hear you say that manufacturi challenges on making a 10mm PCC, Olympic Arms has been making 9mm, 40, 45 and 22lr w/adopters PCC's since the early/mid 80's and 10mm since the inception of the 10mm cartridge. Olympic made the 9mm PCC a few years before colt came out with their version of a PCC. I'm lucky to own a a C.A.R-15 lookalike & Eliminator both in 10mm. I also have to mention the few other PCC maker out there to Bazooka Brothers B-AR45 & RMW XTREME A3 , MechTech CCU's…
"Ultimate Home Defense" I'm sorry, but using something this expensive for home defense? That's asking for the police to come and take it for evidence and sit in an evidence locker for a year to get scratched and banged up.

The laws in my state would prevent me from owning something like this In any extent. I wish CMMG offered 10mm in their rifle length offerings, especially since 10mm excels in a longer barrel

It's not the MP5 in 10mm that people thought they wanted 30 years ago, but I think it's an improvement.
I love the caliber an own 10mm pistols, really like the ccmg but right now at that price point its a no go for me.
