Im considering this barrel for my 308 project at the same time however i dont see myself shooting anywhere near that distance but i do want to focus this rifle on long range just for fun.
Im on about 10 acres that backs to national forest. But i have a mountain at the end of my property probably about 400 yards out from my back porch so for the most part thats the distance i shoot at. or is 20" a bit more ideal for that range ?
