After doing my test. I think that the Streamlight beats the Surefire in all aspects.
The Streamlight is brighter, almost half as expensive as the Surefire is, and it has a strobe.

TLR-1HLs don’t have a strobe function. You probably have the TLR-1s 300 lumen.
