  1. good review, I have a old one that's about 15yrs old, I got the terralux led conversion with a updated battery, and the worst thing I do to it is use it as a precision tapping device. still running but thinking about retiring it lol

  2. Got the original stinger led at work for about 4 years now problems. Used and dropped everyday. Got a backup stinger led for the house with the new smart charger which is great because it doesn't get used as much but the batteries stay maintained and fully charged.

  3. I have a streamlight LED. Got it on promo like 8-9 years ago from Cornwell for $149 with charger and 2 batteries. I had to send it in this past January for the switch taking a crap. Started to dim/brighten on its own. 3 week turnaround and they basically gave me a new light with my old end cap. I got 2-3 years out of the ni-cad batteries that came with it, bought new batteries and got another 2-3 years out of those. I am now on the lithium ion batteries with it and they are a fraction the weight of the old ones. Iโ€™m impressed with performance. I know several techs that have bought many due to loosing them but I keep track of it more than my 10mm.

  4. I've had the streamlight Strion LED for over 10 years and the only thing to fail on it was the power button cap and I've used and abused this thing, dropped it, cooked it on a cat for over an hour, used it as a hammer, even burned it with welding slag and it's still going strong to this day. Love this lil thing!

  5. I have one that I ran over with a jockey truck and trailer and again with jockey truck shes a little out of round but she is still working and charging like normal. At one point had 5 of them but 1 was stolen out out my tow truck so down to 4.

  6. i have a streamlight stinger LED. I get about 1.5-2 hours of runtime out of the neon green batteries. i used to use duracell led flashlights from costco. but determined I was going through a huge package of C alkalines a month @ $20 each. The streamlight actually saves me money in the long run. Worst thing ive done was engrave my initials in it.

  7. Ive never had any experience with stream light flashlights. I do have a Gearwrench rechargeable work light and also have the Gearwrench rechargeable pocket flashlight that i won a giveaway on Instagram. Man i tell you what, them lights are the brightest flashlights ive ever owned. If you ever get the chance, check them lights out. I really like them and have been holding up so far.

  8. Your almost as good a bartender as AOC. I would prefer my beer from you though because I know the worse thing on your hands would be oil or gas. With her it could be something a lot worse.

  9. got my HL in 2014 lost the charger while moving in 2015. I just bought a new charger last week and was surprised that the battery was still able to hold a charge after being dead that long.
I have also seen techs leave them in customer cars(under the hood) and find them months later.

  10. Iโ€™ve herd the same thing with the high lumen flashlights so I ended buying a Coast flashlight love that thing๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸผโœŒ๐Ÿผ
