  1. How about converting a Franklin Armory CA7 which is a bolt action repeater that’s on the Ca roster? That pistol has no gas system but the lower is identical to any semi-auto AR pistol.

  2. Man, what a crock of shit!! California gun laws are F'ing ridiculous!! Here in NC I have legal suppressors and my AR15's and AK47's have 30 round mags that actually detach and reloading is easy. That's just crazy you have to unlatch the upper/lower receivers to eject the one shot mag!!??

  3. You people in California would be much better off with a kahr 98 or mosin. How embarrassing it must be to even be seen with that monstrosity. What a total waste of money. Fuck all of that BS. Drive to another state and buy what you want then take it home.

  4. Per regulations only way an ARP is legal is outside of California.

All handguns listed are approved with or without night sights.

Aftermarket changes or modifications made to certain single shot pistols (i.e. changing upper receivers, connecting gas tubes) may be considered manufacturing these pistols into assault weapons. See California Penal Code section 30515, subdivision (a)(1), for a list of assault weapon characteristics. The purchaser could be in violation of Penal Code section 30600, prohibiting the manufacture of assault weapons, and Penal Code section 30605(a), prohibiting the possession of unregistered assault weapons.

Alterations of a single shot pistol (i.e. changing upper receivers, connecting gas tubes) may also be considered manufacturing an unsafe handgun. See California Penal Code sections 31900-31910 for the definition of unsafe handguns and 32000(a) for more information on illegal acts involving unsafe handguns.

  5. I feel bad for those of you that live in the communist stare of California, you guys have some of the dumbest gun laws in the country and unfortunately looks like that disease is starting to spread to the rest of us in the free states.

  6. Since the AR pistol must be made in single shot configuration initially if living in California due to the "roster" can you use the Kali Key to accomplish this? It's a device that makes the AR "bolt action", does that qualify as single shot, or does it need to be breach loaded?

  7. I already have an AR pistol, and plenty of 30 rounders. They will come in handy when California collapses and I have to rescue my sisters family from San Diego County. You fuckers ought to just overthrow your repressive government.

  8. it really is MFR extortion. They call it "testing" but seriously Cali, you can't call it testing if you don't use third-party as a bias control. What you're doing is called corruption.

  9. Man I could not live in a state where the criminals are carrying firearms that are not compliant giving them the advantage. We follow the rules and find ourselves outgunned and at a big disadvantage. My family and my own safety will never be so indefensible that is why it pays to live in the Midwest
