That was a fun turn of events using the light to chase down a critter with your dog… let's us see how it performs in a real world usage. More vids of that please. Seriously, next time you need to check something out, take a couple lights and a camcorder with you and upload it.
The color was a white Off white color
What kind of tint colour is the light? I just bought one recently.
I thought the tint is nice when I have seen the indoor shots but the beam projected on that wall looks very bluish !

It seems that you won the lottery as the tint looks very nice – neutral white / vanilla – no purplish/bluish ! Does the clicky feel easy to be pressed ? I understand it has a shorter travel and it's a bit stiffer than the one from the 24-lumens version .
XP-C emitter is nice , it throws really well with a deep reflector . INOVA X1 55-lumens is using the same L.E.D.
I would like to get the new MICROSTREAM , 28-lumens with dual clip like SUREFIRE E1B clip .
