The Blind Spot Gear Scorpion Light V2 is a very cool light. You can use it in so many ways, and it’s battery powered so using it the outdoors is great.
The light is a small yet powerful hard light and don’t underestimate that. It’s a hard light. So if you want a soft light, you need to bounce it, and the best is a book light.
Using the scorpion as a practical, hair, or kick is what I seemed to use the light the most for.
Overall, I think this is a great light to have in your lighting kit.
