My bad they are 98%, its the buckmaster thats 92%.
both can come with variable power. I think the "M" in M223 is monarch and "P" is Prostaff. The M223 is more expensive than the P223, the big difference is light transmission 95%for monarchs and 90 or 92% for Prostaff.

What is the difference in the P-223 and the M-223? I haven't heard anyone note the differences.
