You joke about the ridiculousness of the ATF hypothetically regulating how you can use an item and how silly it would be, but I wouldn't put it past them. They originally tried and not to mention we live in a country where you can't own the same (virtually) weapon as an SBR without paying extra because it's too small..
The only way govt has control is if the people comply. Too bad we cant nut up and avoid the illegal income tax. Thst sure would make us all a bit more wealthy and cut the funds for these endless wars.

by shouldering it you automatically incurred a felony. Thats a short barreled rifle when shouldered, which is why it has an arm brace, making it a pistol
