5.56 isn't a good round for sbr's ballistically speaking. If you want a sbr rifle get an AK47, that round hardly loses any velocity as the barrel shrinks in length
How do you think itd fair with 55g or 62g?
I carry one of the PSA 10" AR pistols loaded in my truck. Laws where I live allow us to carry loaded pistols concealed in our vehicles without a permit. Dontcha just love freedom…Semper Fi America!
I’m satisfied with keeping them in 6-8# at 200 yards semi rapid fire with a red dot and a 3 power magnifier. In shtf within a torso target will suffice.

What state do you live in to have all this space?
length has nothing to do with accuracy unless you are counting in for wind drift which will be less on a faster bullet. I have a 12 inch that shoots half moa. My 16 inch shoot just under sub moa. On average about 3/4 moa.
10.5 is too short. 16 is too long. 12 inch is just right. IMO.

Barrel length was irrelevant in this test. One rifle is more accurate than the other despite the differences.
