Today, the Kansas Legislature adjourned from its 2019 Legislative Session.  As the final gavel fell, an important pro-gun measure, House Bill 2326, remains to be considered by the Senate.  Earlier this session, the House overwhelmingly approved the permit recognition legislation, and the Senate will be able to consider the measure during the 2020 Legislative Session.

Thank you to NRA Members and Second Amendment supporters who continued to contact their lawmakers in support of this important legislation.  Also, thank you to those legislators who voted in support of House Bill 2326.

Your NRA-ILA will continue to keep you updated as this measure as well as other Second Amendment issues progress in the 2020 Session.
