  1. i have the hl3 and drooled over it for 3 months before i spent the doe. im a total flashlight nerd. and now i have a weird stiffy over the hl4. like seriously i know what im asking for from santa. thanks for the vid and the demo at a good distance and projecting it onto something recognizable so i can get a good idea of what the beams is like. streamlight is one of the inly brands where when i read the lumen output i know they are 100% honest and i can expect that brightness out the box. check out bushnell too. there 1300 lumen pro light. rechargeable micro usb on it and pretty cheap. i got one at wally world and its my go to house light i leave for the wife to grab to look out in the backyard and such at night. my streamlight hl3 is just for me though lol. but my edc light is usually my protac 10 because of the magnetic bottom and working in the pipe fitting side of blue collar life it sticks to metal pipe great
