Do you need a rail riser for a red dot?
I had good laughs whenever you were beating the sh!t out of the optic
704 TACTICAL I just bought one of these and was in the process of mounting it a few minutes ago. I noticed the screws to mound it don't come low enough through the mount to catch in the slots on my pic rail. I could just get it as tight as I can and hope for the best but I would like them to go down into the slots. Defeats the purpose if they don't. Have you saw this or heard of the problem with anyone else? Any ideas? Hope to get your response. Thanks!

Thanks for your effort on the review. However after the Fieldsport cutting off momentarily aft ea shot. I would only use this dot on a 22lr max. Otherwise for 45–55$ ebay I would get the Bushnell trs 25 and be rock solid even with on a AK.
The power on mine was the first thing to go. Wouldn’t click on, just spun. New batteries, everything.

Bought 2 of the fieldsports some time back installed 1 on my AR and the other on my m&p 15-22. Awesome sights held zero on my AR and my 22. Very pleased on how durable they are. However, I took the 1 off my 22 installed on my scorpion Evo this past weekend… bad idea… the red dot on the glass moved all the way to the left and could not center it again. Now looking for a budget red dot, recommendations?
