  1. I know this is more than a year ago but hoping someone is still monitoring, lol …

Newbie to the AR platform and looking to build my first AR … i already have a saint in 5.56 that I love but wanted to get into hunting and was told that I needed to go 30 cal to not only be effective but also be legal in CA… trying to decide between building the 300 AAC blackout and the 308 WIN in the AR platform… 2 questions… (1) should I go 300 BLK or 308 WIN (2) If i go 308 in AR10 can i even build it in California, I can go featureless…

  2. Looking to purchase my first ar15 and I live in CA. I'll be purchasing from GunBroker. Are the sellers required to ship a California compliant rifle or is that up to me once it's received? This whole thing is so confusing now. I would really like to avoid having to separate the receiver at all costs.

  3. Can you do an updated video with what's your thoughts on "volreg" 80% lowers. I keep reading mixed thing on you still need to volreg an 80% even after you put a sn on it and make it featureless or fixed mag before July…

  4. I had lived in caliornia for 50 years. It gets worse every month of every year. If you are a gun owner and like them you needa make serious SERIOUS plans to just GTFO. Nothing here will get better it will just get worse. With a trend like that it's not a gamble, it's just asking for it, I am hanging around in this (police) state for family obligations and chomping at the bit to GTFO. Life here is not sustainable in a hundred ways… if you're thinking of moving here, don't, just don't… everybody i know who moved away, and that i talked to later, said their lives got better.

  5. WTF he talking about? Just build your AR10 fully auto gat. Who the fuck is going to take it away? Dead people? Rights are not protected by tossing paperwork at a fed or state judge begging for permission. Bullets, lots and lots of bullets.

  6. Hey Daily shooter, I’m currently building my first AR-15, and I purchased a stripped lower from Aero and bought a lower kit along with juggernaut tactical hellfighter kit, put everything together because I chose to go the fixed mag route, so everything is put on and I found an Aero upper that I really liked from OpticsPlanet so I ordered it, well they denied my order because they said they can’t ship it to me because I live in Cali and it has a standard A2 flash hider, I thought uppers can be shipped no problem, have you heard of this and if so what do you think I should do, I was planning on going straight through Aero and purchasing it through them but worried I might come across the same problem, this really sucks

  7. is it legal to built and own a complete pistol length upper 7.5 barrel with attached receiver but without the lower Reason I’m asking is for transport when we go on vacation like Oregon or Arizona for shooting events with family

  8. Registering your gun is a fucking idiot you don't remember 1938 Hitler gave them 24 hours to return their guns in if you didn't in the 24 hours they shoot you in the head your dead if you register your guns they know you have a gun they can put you in prison they can shoot you they can storm your house now I will never all the guns I own I'll never turn them in and I will never ever let them know your simple is dead or in prison
