I saw when you installed the roll pin for the gas tube and slid unit onto barrel. You talked about placement of gas tube on barrel and when spacing is needed to provide proper gas port alignment. But you never tightened mounting screws before installing hand guard.
Easier to align your muzzle device if you tape a level to the wrench tool. Little changes in angle on a compensator do affect your shot placement.
New crush washers are over rated.

why would an ar ever need a headspace test…the barrel notches into the receiver and can only go in so far, and if the bcg is new or fairly fresh, there would be no need …except to sell a bunch of over priced spacing tools.what do you think?
