This week, the North Dakota Legislature passed pro-gun Senate Bill 2140 by a 42 to 4 vote in the Senate and an 89 to 3 vote in the House.  This measure now heads to the desk of Governor Doug Burgum for his signature.

Senate Bill 2140 would allow residents to produce a digital copy of their concealed permit card, and it also reduces the penalty for not having your permit on you from a Class B misdemeanor to no criminal offense and a fine of $20.
