  1. All you saying that the grade 8 fasteners aren't staked well, staking is not necessary. Just torque to 50 to 58 inch pound with high temperature loctite. You'll be fine. Young Manufacturing is the example I point to. They have never stake the key.

  2. I'm using the Blackwood Arms Ambi Upper and bolt carrier. And my bolt is very much like the sharps very impressive that Sharps is on the same page, as quality in a high end gun is needed. mine is 6.5 Grendel

  3. This video may be old but I have to say I just ordered one after watching. I usually use LANTAC Enhanced BCGs but they are very expensive. I bought the Sharps XPB BCG just now (Black DLC Coating) for $169 on sale. I will be trying it in my 20" AR.

  4. This looks to be a very well thought out improvement over the more conventional, "stock" designs. It's material and construction show some nicely applied engineering knowledge, making it a superior product. Seriously considering this BCG for a replacement of the stock Colt unit in the CAR-15(A2/"sporter").

  5. president really beautiful rifle firearms bolt strong barrel strong expert engineers equipment company powerful excellent fantastic great alot of fun shooting there great excited everyshoot perfict million ammo rapid fire nonstop,, ,, , anyway have nice day,,, excellent business big improve """"">>>>>>^^^^^**

  6. This sounds impressive but I'm honestly satisfied with the standard materials if it makes it cheaper. The biggest requirement is a reliable and well put together unit with a piece by piece inspection. That's why I'm buying a DD bcg to replace my stock armalite bcg and to keep the old one for a backup.

  7. Sootch00 would this bolt run in the guns that originally come with a semi auto BCM? Do you think they would perform better in a binary trigger set up? It is obviously what I would like to run, I would just want to make sure the lug and cut out differences would not slow the bolt down in any way. Thanks for the video, great information!

  8. The staking doesn't look all that great to me…Maybe I'm wrong–can we get an update on how it's running or have any of you had any experience with these that have better staking?

  9. I understand the Sharps name has history but the name puts me off. Exspecially the name engraved on the left side. I could not stop thing how i would grind the name off with a surface grinder or EDM it off without impact to the fit, form and overall function.

  10. I have the fde xpb in my fresh build . The first 4 shots went funny and after that its functioned flawlessly. What happens was the cam pin would make contact to the aero precision upper and created its clearance. Both parts were brand new

  11. After watching many videos, and talking with folks about quality parts, I bought 1 of these Fine BCG's. I absolutely LOVE this BCG! I have taken it out and put 440 rounds of 5.56, in 55gr and 62gr through it, and it just wants more! When I have taken the BCG out to clean it, it has very little gunk on it. I am also running a flatwire buffer spring, with a stock Carbine buffer, and I have had ZERO failures! Quality parts may not make for the cheapest AR you can get, but MAN are those Key parts WORTH EVERY PENNY!
