While Nikon binoculars are great,your 16×50 have way too much magnification to be useful for much of anything.7-8x magnification would be more hand-holdable and would increase the brightness of the 50mm front objective lenses and make them a daytime and nighttime binocular.Even 8-10x magnification is difficult to hand hold steady.Another thing is never hold the binoculars without using a strap. Wrap the strap around your wrist or put them around your neck,any hard bump or a drop can easily cause them to have misalignment .Notice how I don't use the term "power",this word has been given to magnification and means little,and just the opposite is what you want.Stay way from zooms also.
Great review! One question: in your video you do some zoom in shots. Were those video shots made using said binoculars?
