When you adjust up, on the turret, do the reticle move down? And vice versatility. Cause mine does, and I was wondering if it’s designed to do that…

I have a fx streamline 5.5 mm bought new and wanting to change the spring hammer to have the full power piece B13 (40 joules) I can not find the piece B12 (hammer weight) or I lost it, I do not know exactly, because the day I changed the spring I did not pay attention to this piece, Please help me to find a solution.
