Barrel length always matter, I’m not an expert but I think that to see more consistent you should have maybe a 1 inch barrel and a way longer one😬 to shot the banshee in bright light you have to wear sunglasses😂😂😂
I love me some redneck science!!! Two awesome guns, brother!! I always manipulate my PT-111, so that I can carry it in a decocked position. That way I don't feel the need to use the safety, because I'll still have that long double action, first pull. That slowmo was better than porn! Hahahaha

The CMMG is giving you about an extra 100 ft/lbs of energy over the Sig. The Sig was doing about 4" 9mm energy.
Really interesting on this one. The barrel length seems to have reached it's maximum potential with this. For example, a .38 in a snub nose 2" vs a 6" makes a REALLY big difference but here it looks like it's a difference but not a crazy dramatic difference.

Cool slo-mo!
Longer barrel = more time for projectile to accelerate in the barrel. Different powder in different length barrels can help though, like a faster burning powder in a shorter barrel will get better results vic Versa

Don’t shoot the chrono ? Once I chrono’ed some 9 mm and one round glanced one of those metal struts for the white plastic shields. Now one has a tweek bend in it. Close enough for me.
For me, the beauty of the Sig is the de-cocker. I love that feature.
Wonder if they make that CMMG in 10mm…
