it is and its a 2007, yes and no, it came out of the box at 420 and the hop was pretty good once it was set, however, the metal lug on the front of the gearbox has snapped, this retains the spring for the magazine release button, so it doesnt hold mags in, everything else works perfectly but i do need to replace the gearbox casing, i would have thought though that with later models the gearbox is of better quality and this is a odd fault, ive had two, the other was fine
