  1. Is that Wave related to PWM in the lights? Seems to Happen on low only. I have a Manker and Nitecore Clone that do that on low modes. I'm sensetive to PWM and find it hard to tolerate the modulation.

  2. As added input, I own 4 of these (2blk/2coy). The coyotes have both had battery failures within the first 10 charges. No issue on the black ones which is odd. Cant imagine the electronics would be any different. This could be completely random but I cant imagine those odds. What happened was after a few charges I'd click on and get nothing, after a few clicks it would work so I thought button or circuitry issues. Then it happened again randomly and when i went to charge it the USB wall unit I have which will tell you if the voltage is bad etc. I plugged it in and my USB outlet went red, telling me the battery isnt taking the charge like it should. New batteries on order so we will see. if anyone has any ideas or thoughts if im going down the wrong path let me know. Many thanks

  3. I own this light and also a couple of the AAA versions. The USB version is great. Just the right size for certain EDC situations. Sits low in the pocket due to the excellent clip design. Easy to use, easy to recharge. I do wish that the AAA unit would have been made in a higher lumen version as even though the sizes of these two Microstreams are almost the same, for some reason, I love that slightly smaller AAA unit. But they are both excellent lights. Thanks for the vid Aaron.

  4. I owned one of streamlights stylus pro pen light for a couple years. it was my edc light and I used it almost everyday. One day it would only emit a blue light that wasn't usable. Some part of the bulb came loose. so I went to replace the bulb only to find out it can't be replaced. You have to go through streamlight to get one or buy another flashlight. I have been turned off of streamlight products since.

  5. I don't like that it has momentary on…as you could sit down with it in your pocket…and still turn it on momentary……and if you sit for descent amount of time…could still wear out your battery…

  6. I currently have a microstream in my pocket, paint on the edges is worn from carrying it so much, but it works great, I use it everyday.

I think I'm going to get this upgraded version when it is available in Europe

  7. Ok I just ordered the tan one as well from your link. YouTubers helping YouTubers. Just as a FYI and even with Amazon Prime my estimated wait time is 2-3 weeks according to Amazon. Just putting that out there for other folks

  8. Streamlights customer service is good also. I have had problems with foursevens (no longer around) where I sent a light to get fixed and never heard back from them or received my light back.
