Been a subscriber for quite a while now, didn't know you were into guns as well as bikes. I found this vid by looking for a BC upper for my new 80% lower build.

Have you had a chance to try it out with different ammo yet? I'm interested to know what it likes to eat best. The last vid I just finished watching seemed to like .223 best.

i didnt get the fancy branding on mine, but mine did have a big BCA roll marked into the other side of the upper, and my bolt handle was one piece

You are seriously not good at this. When you separate the upper and lower you disconnect the back pin and rock the assembly forward. Then you disconnect it from the lower. That is how you join the two you connect the upper and lower at the front pin and rotate the assembly back and attach the rear pin. It keeps you from rubbing finish off.

could just get a sp. charging handle for a fraction of cost

just got this complete upper to go with my noveske lower i bought. havent taken it to the range yet but im liking the sleek look to it and the side charging handle fits me better (longer arms, big hands). bought the upper at a local gun show never heard of bear creek before then but paid around 500 for the complete upper with 18 inch barrel, 1/8 twist and the keymod rail.

taking it to the range soon. prolly gonna go out into the country to test fire it.

wish they made left handed chargers it would be more ergonomic

ordered a upper from bear creek and it was a pieces of crap. I got it on the 6/12/16 and the barrel was loose in the extension. Customer service was bad trying to replace it. The bolt assy came with it was on the very low end of the market. This is not a good buy. Go to palmatto state armory. You will get a better product for the same price.
