10 Days from the date that it was mailed until the date received back repaired. No hassle whatsoever. It cost me zero $$ dollars to get this light repaired. That is awesome customer service from STREAMLIGHT.

Sigh, wish I would have got the same service for mine that quit. So instead of spending money on the strion, I bought a couple of Cree's.
