Range review of CMMG‘s newest addition to the Guard / BANSHEE line, the Mk57. It’s a radial delayed blowback AR chambered in 5.7×28 and it uses FN Five-seveN magazines. Pretty sweet!

Oh hell fucking yea I'm getting two of those!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️📍📍📍📍📍📌📌📌📌📌🖇📎🔗
With a barrel as short ass the Banshee its stupid in 5.7X28. Better off just buy the Five Severn FN pistol. Just another CMMG offering that is just really stupid.
Pointless! 5.56 is cheaper and can duplicate and surpass the ballistics at that barrel length.
I like how it doesn't eject brass at all angles. Thanks for the great video.
How much gas is coming back into your face when shooting the 5.7X28 SBR suppressed?
Hey man did you know NBC is using your content for anti gun videos?
You're famous lol, you are in the opening.
PCC's are obsolete.

5.7 = 22 mag
I would like to build one. Butt $350 for a lower is a joke. Priced well …..my ass
why
Jeremy my question is more about the element 2….I was under the assumption it was not rated for 5.7, did you get the ok from AAC to use it on 5.7?
Great video! Thank you! Can you post a link or give me the exact model number and full name, of that prism sight ?? and what riser is that for the sight? I have astigmatism , this looks perfect..thanks again
Looks like 5.7×28 is really catching on. Would be nice to see a bolt-action chambered for it.
If you want the T6B the round vanguard copied let me know. Chevalier asked that I not send it out with the other demo ammo.
They are not going 2800 fps 😀
I just don't get it. It's more expensive than a PS90 but less cool. Why would I want every gun in my safe to be an AR?
Cool lil puppy!
Is there a practical reason to want one of these? I get that 9mm and .22LR are cheaper to shoot than .223 and can be shot at pistol targets and ranges where .223 cannot. But 5.7 ammo is more expensive and less available. Why choose it over .22LR or .223? Recoil is low and magazine capacity is high in an AR-15 in all of these chamberings. .22LR is by far the cheapest to shoot and .223/5.56mm is by far the most effective for self-defense. There are other AR-15 chamberings but unlike the 5.7 they each bring something valuable to the table, like subsonic performance in 300BLK and extended range in .224 Valkyrie. The advantages of 5.7mm is that it recoils less than 9mm, you can fit more in a magazine, and certain ammo has better armor penetration ability. None of those advantages hold up in an AR, where just about everyone can handle the recoil of a .223, it holds at least as many rounds as this mag, and it has superior terminal performance. Why, just why. I see all these videos on the 5.7 Banshee but no one is explaining why someone might want one, other than novelty. I'm not against novelty, I'm just wondering if there's a reason for their appeal that I didn't consider.
$1,550 isnt exactly what i would call priced well…. You can get a PS90 with a micro red dot for $1,554 or without the red dot for $1,350…. Give it a year or two and PSA will make something similar for under $500
How loud would you guess this combination is at the ear with supers? Below 140db?
If I want a 5.7 SBR, I'd get a P90. Yeah, I know you can get good drop in triggers for the AR or even a drop in auto sear, blah blah, but when you can shoot 5.56 from it instead of 5.7, why wouldn't you?
have you ever shot an airsoft gun?

Inundated with 5.7 posts. It's like CMMG spam.
Damn. Doubt they'll ever sell the upper standalone like the 9mm ones but I would love one.
Get some high heat manifold paint for the silencer.
Getting one of these in 22lr. Really happy with this platform. Wish 5.7 ammo was more common.
