it`s a noveske that comes with the barrel.

The only part that is registered/trackable is the lower receiver. Find a way to buy one for cash from someone in your state, build the rest, and you are on your way.
Yeah it is, the lower receiver is the only thing that is registered. So you can buy the lower at a gun show, or you can buy any firearm at a gun show and not have it registered.

The lower is considered as the weapon so it's the part with the serial number… that's the track-able part and you have to go throught this!
