Great video. I'm starting a AR pistol build my self. I was going to go with a Spikes Tactical or Anderson lower. An a 8.5" PSA upper. Then go with the Spikes Tactical BCG an the BCM charging handle an probably a Spikes Tactical pistol buffer an buffer tube… This is my first build. So if any one has any advice for me or tips. It would be greatly appreciated… Thanks

@mixflip Love the build. My upper assembly from Digital AR should be here next week. Ordered the same lower from my FFL too. gonna try to throw as many Phase 5 parts as I can. quick question though, I very familiar with the AR platform as a rifle, but pretty noon when it comes to the Pistol differences. I have seen a few charging handles that say NOT for use with a pistol config or anything less that 14.5 inches (barrel). Do you know why that is? I'll probably just get another raptor (have 3 already), but in case I wanna go a different route…can you shed some light? thanks man!

Good looking pistol, I had the kak shockwave. I wouldn't buy it again. The company that makes the sig brace has some great upgrades that hands down bet the shockwave. The shockwave feels like shit on the face if you shoot. fast.
is the muzzle going DOWN from the recoil?

nice! 2 things I would change, like you said, the blade instead of the sig brace and I like the offset sights personally. I run magpuls but there's another brand xts (i think) offset sights. looks close to pistol sights. Hey, post any upgrades if you did any
I think if the ATF passes a law it ought to have an expiration date and cannot be changed until after the date. I could build a rifle/pistol today adhering to ATF regulations and next week it might be illegal.
I may be wrong but I didn't think you could put a butt stock on a pistol according to the ATF. The video you showed was of you shooting a shoulder fired SBR. You may need to check on this.
In the first minute you mention "budget". This is NOT a budget AR pistol lol. What it is though, is very nice!

Hows your AR pistol been runnin lately? Got any new updates on it? I got the armaspec magwell and really loved the look and feel but had to get rid of it cause it wouldn't fit some coupled mags or the Magpul D60. I'm hoping a company will create a flared magwell like the armaspec that still allows for a D60.

That ambidextrous safety lever is plastic! Check out the axts talon ambidextrous safety lever its metal also 60%or 90% adjustable easy install with no cotter pins to work loose, it goes on as a dovetail install and just locks in to a spring detent to lock into place easy on easy off and looks cooler than the magpul, axts is making cool things as the raptor charging handle that's on your weapon!
really nice build on an excellent price point im almost positive that your barrel is an Anderson you put some real thought into every aspect of that build im doing mine next month the only thing different im gonna do is make mine a folding stock and the quick detach barrel system by dolo but everything else will be almost like yours…..GREAT JOB
i watch this vid before i started mine back in nov. i really studied powder burn ratios n stuff like that… hopefully i made the correct decision… anyway, i want to do an ar9 but i think the longest i want to go is a 7.5 barrel with a 7.2 handguard. i found them both. quarter circled 10 and a troy.
how long is yours? is it over 7" or close. it seems like after the brake n stock, etc they are still long. my 11.5 is closer to 20+in long. i found a "2in" ar9 barrel. thats kinda funny imo.
