holds up empty hands
Did you ever have problems with the VSeven Titanium firing pin?
i learned a lot. subbed!
Shoulda cerakoted the handgaurd.
What type of ammo are you running in this build and/or what type of ammo do you recommend for 3 gun?
Build is complete. I will be going to range today to sight in video should be up tomm for "Bullet McQueen Build"
I inquired about the torque spec for barrel nut on diff video. You answered it here for me. I will video the build and name the video Bullit McQueen build
Idk about you but after I get my gun finished I'm usually like damn now I got throw It in trash cans
Good evening Bullitt! Your video's are exceptional and thorough. My question: Is the LMOS JP bolt carrier a .223 or 5.56? The LMT bolt is a 5.56, and I am aware of how close they are in size, but I wanted to ensure that they are compatible prior to my massive upcoming purchases. Thanks again!
V/r,
Kevin C.
Lot's of very good small tips that are very important, well done sir! Thanks
This is the rifle i was talking about. You still have it, any problems with the rifle, and still use it in matches?
beautiful rifle, i have been watching your channel for a while. i will finally be in my first 3 gun match in Greenville sc in February. But one small tip if i may, the noveske barrel nut has very small hash marks on the egdes to help with indexing. it took me a couple times of installing one to realize it. but if you like the hash mark on the top up with your gas tube hole after you season your threads its perfect. takes alot of the error of eyeballing with the screw holes out of it.
Quick question – I purchased a 18" Wylde 3 Gun barrel (Rifle Length Gas System). Since its a rifle length gas system do I need to purchase a rifle length buffer tube, buffer, and spring?
I enjoyed watching your detailed 2 part build, great job!
Great video, thank you. I picked up a Black Friday Stretch 16 melonite barrel due to your reviews.
QUESTION: Would a 16" SLR Hanguard (I think you've had 15" before on your rifle?) ever work over a 16" barrel?
if you are using forward assist that bokt carrier woulf you recomend
Great video and beautiful rifle. Subbed
Hi Mac! Another great video! I am building a 3-Gun rifle using this barrel and compensator. Do you have any particular ammo you favor for this setup? M193 ball? HPR/A Max? Mostly just for the "pit style" matches with nothing farther than 100-200 yards out…thanks!
DAT HEAVY WEIGHT BUILD
beautiful
Which handguard and barrel is that? Great video. I just picked up a VLTOR upper. Thanks.
How does the Stretch 16 barrel hold accuracy while hot? I'm considering one of these for a build. Thanks!
If weight isn't a primary concern…is there a list of parts or manufacturers you'd recommend for a 3-gun/plinking rifle? Something nicer than an off the shelf rifle but not a super high dollar super custom build either.
I'm working on my first AR build and still waiting for all of my parts to ship. Do you ever have any issue lining up the gas block with the barrel's gas port? Best way to ensure alignment?
Hey Mac,
Great Video. Any long term issue with the adjustable gas block? How about a long term review of the whole rifle at the end of the season?
Outstanding project I'm running a stag arms 3G right now. This year I'm looking to put together a 16 In AR I am looking at using a lot of the same parts as well keep up the great videos Mack
Great build, super jealous. Just wondering why you went with a 16" barrel over the traditional 18"? I'm a noob to 3 gun and your input would be appreciated. thanks.
Badass build buddy! You sure know how to put together a sexy rifle. I look forward to seeing some video's of this bad boy in use. Kept it up Mac Man!
Beautiful rifle Mac and a nice video build!
Absolutely beautiful rifle. Wish you the best success this summer.
That thing is so sick bro
Thanks for posting this. I've been thinking that I would like to take my "flash suppressor" off and get a "muzzle break". I've been waiting to see what you have been using that works well.
Great video as always Mac! Can't wait for the next one lol.
have you looked into the JP gas ring for your bolt. It's one continuous gas ring. Small upgrade, that could save a stage lol …
Awesome video Mack. Very nice 3gun rifle you built 👍🏻
Enjoy your videos and very informative…just started 3 gun at our club last month. The question here is…what would the cost of this build be for us non-connected folks be? We need to know. Thanks
Total price for this build? anyone run the numbers?
Thanks Mac. Rifle looks great. You really went all out on this one. Did you end up using shims to align the brake?
What was the all in cost with the parts you used?
Hey Mac, just FYI, when you turn the head of the torque wrench any angle but straight it changes the amount of force you are applying.
Great job and video Mac.
Thanks for sharing.
Cant wait to see part 3
Nice rifle, i would have a tough time going away from the TR24, I have one that's a german crosshair model and one that has the green triangle, light weight no batteries and the green triangle is like a red dot up close, if I were you and you truly liked that optic why not just get the TR25? it's lighter than that Razor.
Hey Mac, excellent video and great series! Just wondering your thoughts on weight differences on billet vs forged receivers, it sound like you were more interested in the nicer finish for consistency over any potential weight savings but would love to hear your thoughts!
Yay been waiting for this to finally come out. Good job and thanks for the video
