  1. So I’m building an at pistol, but for certain legal reasons here in Michigan I need to know if OAL of the pistol includes the pistol brace extended (I have a sba3 and is extendable). I know rifles are measured with the but stock extended but I don’t know if that method goes for pistols as well.

  2. If you use a generic lower and build a rifle like i did how the hell would anyone aside from you know if you used a lower you already owned and converted to from a rifle to a pistol build? These regulations sound like a whole bunch of horseshit designed to scare and confuse.

  3. So as long as you AR pistol is 26 inches long or greater from the end of the buffer tube to the threads on the barrel and you add a forward vertical grip it’s now a firearm and not concealed its completely legal!!!!

  4. How would I go about finding out if my lower receiver was started as a rifle? I purchased a stripped lower receiver off of gunbroker and was going to build it into a rifle configuration. The info I just heard from this video leads me to believe I can build it out as a pistol and I've been leaning more towards doing a pistol build recently. I realize this is a older video but I will be extremely happy if I get a response from someone noteworthy! Thanks!

  5. Ok,so my 10.5 in AR build(I constructed it from a stripped lower) has an overall length of 26.5 in so the fact that’s it’s over 26in and that it started life as a “firearm” should make me ok for a vertical grip BUT that’s INCLUDING my A2 birdcage..do I have to get it pinned and welded for that cage to count in my “overall length” or does it count just screwed on? It’s important b/c w/o the cage is under 26 thanks in advance, love this channel

  6. I live in Ohio and have a CHL which by name allows me to carry a handgun does that mean I can carry an AR pistol in my truck? I’m just asking because the definitions differ between the two

  7. You were all over the place in this video and forgot the most important and legal thing. If your AR pistol has an OAL of greater than 26 inches you can legally attach a VFG without registering. No tax stamp necessary. It’s reclassified as a “firearm”.

  8. Does Constitution give the federal government any power to infringe on the 2 amendment. NO!! It EXPLICITLY DENIES states and federal government to infringe on that right! And no the words a “well regulated” Doesn’t mean regulations! It means to be in good working order. Doesn’t matter what the SC says either because the courts were not granted to power to reinterpret the Constitution as it was written. Only a Constitutional amendment can alter the Constitution! The courts knew this up until 1934! ALL anti-gun laws are in Conflict with the Constitution and as such are not law! All one has to do is read what the WRITER of the 2 amendment and those that signed the Constitution meant!

WE SHALL NEVER COMPLY!! Just like the Founders!

  9. We got all these people trying to over complicate and point out legal differences of different types of guns while i'm sitting here hopping my kids don't get shot at school by some crazy asshole with any kind of gun.

  10. But all ʻlegal’ means is that the government told you to do it. The way people view law these days, whether something is ʻlegal’ or not depends only on who gave the order. If the people who call themselves ʻgovernment’ do it, it’s legal. If anyone else does, it’s not. But whether the order itself is good or evil, and whether anyone should obey it, has nothing to do with who gave the order.

Legalizing" wrong does not make it right.

Because of the belief in "authority," agents of “government” are imagined to have the right to use force not only in the situations where everyone would have such a right, but in other situations as well, such as using force to collect "taxes." It stands to reason that if everyone has the right to use "good force," but "the law" supposedly authorizes agents of "government" to use force in other situations as well, then "the law" is nothing but an attempt to legitimize bad force. In short, "authority" is permission to commit evil—to do things that would be recognized as immoral and unjustified if anyone else did them.

    Larken Rose

People cannot delegate rights they do not have, which makes it impossible for anyone to acquire the right to rule ("authority"). Also, people cannot alter morality, which makes the "laws" of "government" devoid of any inherent "authority." Ergo, "authority"—the right to rule—cannot logically exist. The concept itself is self-contradictory, like the concept of a "militant pacifist.

You call yourselves Christians, or Jews, or claim to follow some other religion, but the truth is, what you call your religion is empty window-dressing. What you truly worship, the god you really bow to, what you really believe in, is the state. ‘Thou shalt not steal.’ ‘Thou shalt not murder.’ Unless you can do it by way of government. Then it’s just fine, isn’t it?

    Larken Rose, The Iron Web

The ability of people to resist tyranny depends largely upon whether they accept the myth of "authority" or not. Those who can see the injustice committed by "government," but who continue to believe that they must "follow the law" and "work within the system," will never achieve justice.

Larken Rose, The Most Dangerous Superstition

To be blunt, the belief in "authority" serves as a mental crutch for people seeking to escape the responsibility involved with being a thinking human being. It is an attempt to pass off the responsibility for decision-making to someone else: those claiming to have "authority.

Larken Rose, The Most Dangerous Superstition

If, on the other hand, you value peaceful coexistence, compassion and cooperation, freedom and justice, then teach your children the principle of self ownership, teach them to respect the rights of every human being, and teach them to recognize and reject the belief in "authority" for what it is: the most irrational, self-contradictory, antihuman, evil, destructive and dangerous superstition the world has ever known.

  11. I am going for a sub-machine gun style build. I am thinking about a 10.5" barrel with a brace and front vertical grip. As long as the overall length is at least 26", I think it will be legal. Thanks for the video!

  12. So if I take a regular 26"+ overall lengthed 16"+ barrel lengthed rifle and put an arm brace stock on it, then I have created a pistol? And if that rifle happened to have a vertical foregrip, it would instead become an AOW?
I understand one must be 21 to have a pistol, but what is the age restriction for an AOW. If it too is 21, then do those between the ages of 18 and 21 have no business owning an arm brace "stock"?

  13. Is the Hera CQR a vertical grip or AFG? Also…. does a foregrip that is not 90 degrees to the bore disqualify it from being defined as a vertical grip even though you can fully grip it with your hand?

  14. This is all a bunch of ATF crap. It's not a pistol unless you can use it as a side-arm and effectively fire it with one hand. Sure you can strap one on to your arm and hold it with one hand, but to call a short barreled AR a pistol, is quite a stretch by any definition of the word pistol. The ATF is just redefining to fit their agenda. These are definitely fun short barreled weapons but unless you hold them with two hands like a long gun they are not very effective. It should be considered an intermediate between handgun/pistol and rifle/long gun.

  15. Are AR pistols legal to build for personal use in Arkansas? And what about building my own AR15 ghost gun, would I have to serialize it? Want to make sure that I’m not breaking any laws. Kind of like my freedom.

  16. Omg ar pistol that shit tube that makes gun function. No thx… i like my ak pistols better 100% reliable short barrel and gas system. And shit is shit if the come to take they will and nobody will complain. Remember New Orleans. I though so. They took them without a single bullet fired on police or military personnel. So what the fuck u gonna do bitch. Nothing.

  17. If I shoot the handgun with two hands clearly I've REPURPOSED the gun as a handS gun or an AOW. Did they teach you that in law school brainiac. I figured that out using atf mathematics.
