  1. That sight is not a "clone". It's a cheaply manufactured knockoff version. A true "clone" would be a copy that is identical to the original so much so that all of the parts would interchange. It's not a bad sight but probably would not stand up to heavy military use.

  2. Realistically, gun self defense should be a gun fight in the range of no more then about 25 feet . Any thing beyond that is basically hunting . So my point is replicas can work for home defense and expensive sights are use for hunting long range shooting . Pick your situation wisely

  3. SNITACTICAL ARE CROOKS!!!! IF ITEM ARRIVES BROKEN, THEY SAY YOU ARE LYING AND SOPHIA WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOUR BROKEN ITEM. SHE STATES THAT "ITEM NEW IN BOX'' INSPECTED BEFORE SHIPPED. I SENT IN PICTURES THEY ASK FOR AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE BROKEN PART BUT THEN WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR THE PART. BEWARE CROOKS SCAMMERS STAY AWAY

  4. What kind of retard would buy a red dot that cost as much as their rifle? When ever I use my AR15, I go shoot at the range and sometimes there's rain. I'm not going 300 feet underwater to fight satan himself. It gets up to a point where you're just wasting money for features you'll never use. If Aimpoint or EOTech started selling $100 dollar sights for regular customers that looked similar to this ones, I'll be happy to spend my money on an American company than a Chinese one.

  5. why not buy an eotech for a 22? In my opinion, if you want to have the most enjoyable hassle free experience, I'd buy a sight I could trust it wont fail in most conditions, regardless if its $500.

  6. I would run one of these replicas all day! I don't give a damn! If eotech wasn't all about ripping your pockets out I would buy one if they were reasonably priced. Anyway, I can't find replicas anywhere around Metro Detroit. I even hit the real big gun show that comes through Novi bi-monthly and I never see them. I see them online from some places but I don't know how reputable the companies are. As far as delivering product. @djalkaline1 any ideas where I can get one of these to run on my AR15? Thanks for the review!

  7. To me, a real EOTECH would be used for a Normal firearm. The clones or "replicas" would be more for the airsoft community. There are some eotechs that are sold for the airsoft market but be real; why would you spend over 200-400$ for a sight where your gun shoots .20-.28 gram bb's?

I do understand your argument however where some people are heading to LEGIT gunshows and selling knockoffs portraying them as the real deal. I would only buy the knock-offs/replicas in person if I were getting them for an airsoft gun (i'm 18 but am gun-literate). However, for someone like my uncle looking for a red dot or holo-sight for his AR-15, I would tell him the differences between the real and knockoff ones so he doesn't spend money in vain.

  8. I have 3(2-551's and a 552) that are in the same clone box as yours.I was uninformed at the time and bought them used, thinking they were real.Mine have all the correct L3 Eotech and law enforcement, and no reticle washout.Other than no NV(it goes only red/green),and the fact the optics are not non-reflective,you'd swear they are the real deal.I did, lol. They still work great and the set didn't cost 1200+.Can you tell me more about the magnifier?

  9. The Eotech clone is a good buy if you can find a good one. I can't afford a $800.00 optic that's grossly overpriced to take advantage of people who think they're getting a one of a kind product. It's a dog eat dog world out there and people all over the world are trying to survive, even if that means climbing over the backs of legitimate companies to get there.

  10. @thatotherguy959 yes dipshit his rifle's selector switch was set to FIRE, because you can't set to SAFE unless it's charged. Please report back after you have touched an M-16/M4/AR. dumbass
