Why would I want an ar15 because it's a awsome rifle and I wanted one. How useful is it? Hunting, self deffence in and out side the home, pest control, good walk about gun when in the woods because it is light and still packs a good punch, plinking sport shooting, shtf, and just because you are a dam American that don't need any one to tell you what you can or can not own. I. Can think of a few guns that are pretty useless but people still have them. .22 cricket for one, 50 cal bmg . daringers just to name a couple.

The AR is Legos for grown-ups. Easily customizable, good capacity, light recoil and fun to shoot. This carbine should be in every right thinking persons collection, if for no other reason than to irritate Diane Feinstein.
I owned that exact same rifle and even bought it through Cabelas, never let me down once. A good rifle is a wise investment but can also be a literal shit ton of fun.

I live in N.Y state.. i had to get a thordsen stock just to avoid a felony charge. I wish more people would shed light that these guns are no more dangerous than any other. Being in a state that doesn't uphold your constitutional rights is infuriating.

Hello from Berks County,Pa the Windham AR 15 was my first as well and it is a great rifle and now my wife has shot it and she loves it [good reason to buy another one].
Hot = 85 degrees lol. I'm from Houston, Texas so 85 is lovely weather down here. Pretty much never get snow tho.
