Do you think there is a difference in quality in the Bushmaster pre 2011 vs. the current bushmaster? And how does the Bushmaster xm15 es2 compare to a Smith and Wesson sport 2 and colt 6920?
Tremendous rifle, but sure would like it if you could get it with a 1:8 twist barrel, or even a 1:7 instead of the 1:9 OEM. If you do service rifle competition, having the ability to shoot heavier (70 grains +) projectiles is nice for the 600-yard stage.
What do you think about the Carbon 15? I bought them for my kids, but the screw that held the rail on was stripped when I bought it. I ended up using epoxy to seal it in place. That's the only fault I had with them.
So his is the gun Adam Lanza used
Why can't I find a bushmaster A to 20" H-bar Bushmaster ? What is so hard I cannot find one anywhere gives me please let me know the difference between that and the 1I see if they're the only difference I can see is it has a removeable carrying handle is there anything else different between the both of those guns
Thank you and GOD bless.
Interesting!
I just purchased a Bushmaster AR15A2 20 inch HBAR rifle with factory USGI stock and a collapsible stock thrown in for $550 off Gunbroker.com
I'm the 2nd owner, bought the rifle from the original owner-great video post, new subscriber 😊🇺🇸
I want the ar a2 hbar 20 in barrel. Were can i find one? Wow i have looked all over. I got 2 in 1994. Next o know all ars are 16 in barrels and suck.
God bless keep doing what you're doing
God bless love the channel keep doing what you're doing
Wtf does.the xm stand for
Love my xm15 16" patrolmans carbine
GREAT and very useful review! I will be ordering this exact model as my first AR15 platform.
Thanks for the review, The current thing with AR-15's are all the stupid accessories to make it look like you're some sort of SWAT team member. I find it completely tacky and I find it refreshing that someone other than Colt makes a standard AR-15 with A2/A3 type carrying handle and 20" barrel. I have never owned an AR-15 but I'm sold on this model.
Thanks got keeping the review straight to the point.
Had my XM15E2S since 2003 always like the A2 style and the A1 great rifle.
Fyi – Sportsman Outdoor Superstore has two different configurations of this rifle (Police Trade-In) on sale. One with fixed carry handle, one with removable carry handle, the latter is marked "Law Enforcement / Government Use Only". We've ordered one last batch they had and the rifle besides finish wear looked as though all the internals had been replaced. I've put 1,000 rounds through it with out a single hiccup.
My all-time favorite M16A2 platform. Love the fixed carry handle and fixed sights. I trained myself to shoot well with iron sights. Love the fixed stock and shoot well with the stock tuck under my arm for close quarter point and shoot. Fixed stock length for consistent shouldering. Love the 20inch barrel for maximum velocity. I have not acquired my first AR15 yet (tight budget, family first), and if I do it will be this Bushmaster XM15 E2S. Thanks for a great review.God Bless.
Exactly the way I like it too. Prefer the fixed sights carrying handle. I love the M16A2.I am glad that BushMaster's quality is excellent.
Is it more smoother shooting than the carbines?
I have one of these rifles but I've not found one like mine on Youtube. It was made in Windham and the barrels a 20in HBAR 1/9 twist but it isn't threaded for a muzzle brake. Is mine a target variant or something?
Can you put a slide fire on it?
I love my old Bushmaster!!! smooth runner
What about the Kmber K6
Any one else only getting left channel audio from his last two videos?
As an addendum, the whole kit and receiver came together so tight. No wobble,no red plastic plug needed. Trigger pull crisp, maybe five pounds. Slight over pull, but nice reset.
The Bushmaster XM15-E2S receiver can be anything,I bought a stripped XM15-E2S receiver awhile back,to make into a stock A3 carbine. I have a stock AR-15 A2 HB,with round hand guards,20 inch barrel, fixed carry handle and A2 front sight, which I love,. Bought the complete kit from Blackthorne, and a hard won Charles Daly lower receiver during the Obama 2009 panic. It's the rifle that won Granada, and the AR I cut my teeth on. Sure,I've got several tacticool AR's,but this A2 is my first love.
Thanks for the review. I love my Bushmaster. Great rifle, and yeah I totally agree about the trigger. Very small reset on it and nice n crisp.
I've never owned an AR15 before, so like most anything important that I buy, I spend some time researching and asking friends with experience their opinions.
Everyone I talked to all had great things to say about the Bushmaster line.
I bought a carbine length with red dot sights to set up as a mainly home defense weapon. The only customising I'll be doing is replacing the factory handguard with a UTG slimline 7" so I can add a flashlight and an angled foregrip. And yeah I guess I'll upgrade the current red dot optics with perhaps something from vortex down the road.
Thanks again for the review. Love your channel. Please keep my family in your prayers. I'll do the same.
AR-15 is so popular for a reason, they rock! The US Government has considered finding a new rifle at least a couple times since the m16 came into the picture and after testing all other available rifles in the current market the AR-15 continued to be the best option. It's going to be VERY tough to beat.
I bought a Remington Bushmaster in 2012 before the run on AR15's happened. The rifle has been flawless. It does have a good trigger. Rapid fire is very easy.
Very nice rifle. take care brother.
