Man.. Living in Colorado sucks now. The gun laws are becoming strict and it's getting irritating..
If you're going to sight it in using iron sights, keep your rear sight up and get an absolute co-witness. Line your iron sights up perfectly with each other. (assuming your iron sights are right on target) Then line your center 1MOA dot up with the tip of the front post right where you would be aiming for target practice. You can then flip your rear sight down and your reticle will be on target no matter where it is in the glass.
Does the red dot go on top of the top on the front iron sight to zero it in? Or does the bottom of the circle go on top of the iron sight?

Yep that's the same one. I bought the Holographic sight and magnifier separately because I only wanted one dot. I got the EXPS 2-0 it has one dot and isn't night vision compatible where the EXPS 3 will be night vision compatible if that's something you're interested in.

I really plan to put Hybrid Sight on my M4A1 airsoft gun.
No problem. Definitely worth it if you're in the market for good Optics. It's really nice to have close and medium/long range optics with a rifle with good capabilities.
I just bought the M&P15OR (Optics Ready) and I'm looking for good sights. I was considering the Troy flip up battle sights with EOTech Hybrid. Thanks for the video.
