I just installed a 13.5″ Noveske NSR rail on my Bushmaster AR15. Not as simple as i had hoped, but i finally got it done. Make sure you follow the instructions and torque everything accordingly.

Hey Brother, Just FYI. If your gas block (or any part of your barrel) is touching your handguard, it's going to screw up your harmonics and throw off your accuracy. Just trying to help.
what is the diameter of the suppressor?

ok, I wanted to make this build but I wanted to keep my stalk rail, couldn't I shorten my stalk outer barrel and cut off my triangle sight and make it that way? my silencer fits in the rail and I have a new gas block
It's hard to tell from the pics online or your video, but do the small splines that run the length of the inside of the NSR form a true circle? The outside of the NSR has flat sides, but for the purpose of cans, it looks like they do form a circle. Noveske's web page says that the ID is 1.35", so I guess what I'm asking is would a 1.35" OD tube slide tightly through the NSR?

Will a gemtech black side mad bull barrel extension inside of the nsr?
I dont know if buy it or not…Im worry about the way to install the handguard..what happen if the screw doesnt stay in the correct hole and the handguard is not lined with the upper? :s How did you install it??

Just wondering why you didn't cut and grind the pinned gas block down and reuse it? I did the same thing to my rifle and cut the gas block and re pinned it . No need to align the gas block, the pins do that. Works like a champ. Great video, looks good!

what suppressor are you using?
CutemJack… i just marked the spot where the pin aligned. Then tapped a dimple with a small punch and drill into the aluminum about 1/8"
What steps did you take to tap drill the anti-roll pin in the receiver?
