  1. Hey Capo de tuti capo, would a TLR-1HL 800 Lumen be the light to mount on my Shockwave someday? Will it hold up to light recoil 12 gauge rounds….5/8-1 oz Minishells and #1 Buck at 1200 fps? Did your old one hold up to 12 gauge recoil? The concentrated beam seems to be about perfect out of the lights for a 12 gauge helper aiming beam what do you think, since I know you have the Shockwave too?

  2. Another option would have been to mount a Streamlight 88040 ProTac HL 750 Lumen Programable LED Flashlight
using something like a L&M Sales LM01 L&M Single Ring Shotgun Magazine Tubes Mount – 1" Tube. This would enable you to use your left thumb to easily turn on / off the light with your arm extended. I prefer the TLR's on my handguns.

  3. You can close one eye for night vision I typically do that when I hear banging or slamming at night 100% of the time it's just the renters down stairs. Also I'd hate to go to turn on my tacticool only to find the tactinot battery's are dead but I still am liking your videos I do want a light mounted on my gun till then I got this head lamp

  4. Great video as usual bro.  The TLR-1 is great for handguns, I am interested to know how it holds up to the recoil of the 870. I would think that it will do just fine.  It is hard to tell on camera, how bad does the light wash out the front site? It did not look like that was a problem on camera. If that is a problem you might consider adding a fiber optic front site on the 870.
